Is there an airport shuttle available to book through Xtabi?
Yes we’d be happy to arrange airport pickup or drop-off for you. The cost each way is $60. We’ll have our driver meet you at airport pickup
Do you have a breakfast package available to add-on to our booking?
Yes we do! it’s $8 per person/per day and it includes 2 eggs any style with bacon or ham and toast. There are also French toast or pancake options. All breakfast packages come with coffee and juice.
Can I add an extra bed to my room?
Yes! For a children there is no additional fee, however for an adult It’s an extra $20 for an extra person.
How can I stay fit during my stay?
Jamaica is a very outdoor friendly place. There are areas on the property that are great for outdoor workouts including yoga or body weight exercises. The 7 mile beach is a great place for a long run or a swim. However, the best swimming can be done right by the cliffs of Xtabi. There are also local yoga classes and gyms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Returns will be given on all cancellations if cancelled 22 days or more before arrival. 2 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 21 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs 2 night penalty will be applied.
Holiday Cancellation Policy for Dec 20-Jan 6 & July 27-August 6: no charge if cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival. 3 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 29 days or less. No show and early check-outs 3 nights penalty will applied.
In some cases we will allow any deposit as a credit towards a future booking (Condition apply).
Cancellation require a surcharge of $15USD admin fee once you make a deposit
Is the Negril area safe?
Negril is a safe area as long as you take the normal safety precautions as you would anywhere. The area is accustomed to tourists and treat tourists with respect.
Are there cliffs we can jump off of?
There are cliffs that can be jumped off of but there is no lifeguard and may be only be jumped at your own risk. Also, cliff jumping is dangerous and not recommended.
Do you have room service?
Yes, we do have room service. As long as you have a phone you can call the front desk to request what you would like!
Can I snorkel by the Xtabi cliffs?
Weather permitting, there are some incredible lively reefs right in front of Xtabi. The water is incredibly clear and the salt waters help you stay very buoyant. There are several entry points into the water.
What’s the transportation like locally?
Locally, there are route taxis available on the streets at all times. However, Xtabi would be happy to call a taxi service for you. In addition to that, there are car rental services available in the area.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, we have a beautiful pool on the garden side. It goes from 3ft to 6ft deep. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
Is there laundry service?
Yes there is but it must be special requested and may be subjects to service charges.
Can I extend my checkout time?
Yes, checkout time is 12pm. Availability to extend will depend on room availability, but may be requested.
Can Xtabi help facilitate any day trips or excursions?
There are some great excursions and activities in the area. We would be happy to help facilitate your plans. Sometimes we’ll have direct connections to people who can accommodate your excursion.
